Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all operational aspects of construction projects, focusing on M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) systems and data centre facilities.
• Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Analyze project risks and implement strategies for mitigation.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, M&E, and data centre projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experienced in dealing with government agencies and authorities
