Job Description

Overview

  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the company's products.
  • Expand the customer base and increase customer counts.

Responsibilities

  • Establish contact and develop relationships with prospective customers to sell products.
  • Grow business with existing customers by promoting new products or implementing sales strategies.
  • Maintain good rapport with customers through support, high-quality service, and providing market, product, and regulatory information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.
  • Enhance professional and technical knowledge via training, seminars, conferences, workshops, and reading materials.
  • Meet individual and team KPIs set by the company.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including Customer Requirement files and Forecast Quantity.
  • Facilitate discussions on agreements and contracts with customers and maintain proper records.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to quotations, products, samples, registration, shipments, artwork, visits, and payments.
  • Manage customer visits, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Send updated pricing to customers and update CR files accordingly.
  • Suggest price reviews based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure accuracy in processing purchase orders.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer payments.
  • Participate in internal and external audits.
  • Assist in preparing for exhibitions, both local and international.
  • Organize Packaging Change Order (PCO) meetings, kick-off meetings, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with relevant departments for new customers and requirements.
  • Oversee initial production of new items, ensuring process accuracy.
  • Assist in annual sales budget planning by providing customer sales forecasts.
  • Conduct customer surveys.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager or Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognised institution.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience or a recent graduate.
