Job summary
A prominent property development company in Kulai, Malaysia is looking for a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager to oversee management accounts, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Ideal candidates should possess professional qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA, alongside experience in property development. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic role that contributes to financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience with full set accounting and knowledge of accounting standards.
- Knowledge in property development is essential.
- Proven track record in leadership and effective communication.
Responsibilities
- Review and submit accurate monthly/quarterly management accounts.
- Monitor and track the township budget and profitability.
- Perform cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
