Job description

In charge of overall marketing initiatives especially for products of KotaSAS

Focusing on strategic role to lead the Marketing Department, leading the project management, events, and budget management

Undertake business development and business networking to increase property listing for sale

Assist in planning, coordinating and implementing effective marketing programmes and strategies to meet company sales objectives

Conduct market surveys to keep track of marketing trends and pricing

Maintain data, records, listings and prospects

Provide support for necessary paperwork including analysis, marketing materials, proposals, and comparable evidence

In-charge to propose for social media content writing and act as proofreader for every posting or communications related to the Group

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Property Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent

Young candidate with at least five (5) of marketing experience focusing on property/township development in Malaysia market

Proven leadership quality and experience

Experience working directly with Sales Department is an added advantage

Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with good command of both written and spoken English

Possess strong leadership, management, sales, and NLP skills

Fully dedicated, dynamic, and result oriented

Able to work independently and under pressure for any ad hoc job to meet tight deadlines
