To lead and manage the full spectrum of the financial and accounting related activities within the organization.

Ensure timely closing of the management accounts of the company.

Responsible for the management on all aspects of financial accounting functions including management reporting, budgetary controls, treasury, forecasting etc.

Develop and maintain effective internal controls for the finance and accounting procedures.

Ensure compliance with applicable approved company’s policies, procedures, rules and regulation within the entire finance functions.

Drive process changes and continuous improvement initiative within the finance functions.

Assist to retain, coach, develop and grow the finance team.

Oversee activity related to legal and compliance, company secretarial matters.

Liaise with auditors, bankers, tax agent, legal/solicitor, insurance companies, relevant government authorities for related activities and issues.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (ACCA / ICAEW / CPA / CMA), Finance/ Accountancy, or equivalent.

At least 1-2 years of leading or assistant manager role in managing Account/Finance Operations or relevant experience.

PC literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint and any other Accounting System.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and financial modelling techniques.

Ability to adapt and adopt to various demands and expectations of a fast-growing company including thinking, planning, and acting/ executing outside the box.
