Key Responsibilities

Champion and lead end‑to‑end business process transformation across departments, aligning operations with strategic goals and future‑ready capabilities.

Conduct deep‑drop diagnostics including process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause identification to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reimagine workflows, procedures, and systems that enhance productivity and customer experience.

Define and track performance metrics to measure the success and sustainability of re‑engineered processes.

Facilitate design thinking workshops, change labs, and training sessions to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Ensure all transformation efforts are aligned with regulatory standards, risk frameworks, and strategic priorities.

Develop compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps for senior leadership, articulating value creation and impact.

Apply structured methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re‑engineering to drive data‑driven decision‑making and scalable solutions.

Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process excellence and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in process re‑engineering, operational excellence, or transformation roles.

CBPRP and/or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is highly desirable.

Proven success in leading complex transformation programs and re‑engineering initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Proficiency in process design tools and data analytics platforms.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership skills.
