Achieving individual sales target by increase customer experience and satisfaction by providing excellent service. Ensure customer confidentiality and PDPA compliance in protecting customers interest at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products & services using persuasive communication skills.
• Achieve monthly individual sales target.
• Adherence to quality assurance standards in quest to keep the consistency of accuracy and completeness.
• Assisting and handle all inbound calls related to sales.
• Ensure effective and efficient administration of day to day business operations in line with SOP across all support functions.
• Ensure consistency with enterprise risk management guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.

Job Requirement:

• Proven experience with minimum 1 year as telemarketer or similar sales & marketing.
• Experience in selling insurance and banking product is an added advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales preferably over the phone.
• Skilled in negotiation, rejections and dealing with complaints.
