A leading manufacturing company in Selangor seeks an individual proficient in CMM programming. Responsibilities include preparing program setups, measuring precision parts, and providing training to QA teams. Candidates should possess a diploma in engineering and ideally have 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Your expertise in technical drawing and Excel will be advantageous in this role.
To prepare advance CMM programming for casting/machining parts
To prepare dimension identification (ID) on drawing
To receive and convert CAD data to CMM for measuring preparation (windows only) for hog-outs, casting part and high complexity parts
To measure casting and machining parts
To identify and re-measure for NG dimensions
To identify and prepare CMM jigs concept design
To feedback NG dimensions to Development Engineer and process owner for process improvement
To check/compare old and new revision - old new cavity parts
To convert windows base CMM program to DOS base
To conduct training and handover CMM programs to Production QA
To continuous improvement via new measuring method to reduce tuning iteration
Diploma in any Engineering Discipline
Diploma fresh graduate are encourage to apply
2-3 years working experience in Manufacturing environment
Able to interpret technical (mechanical) drawing is an added advantage
Preferable experience with Microsoft Excel and computer literate
