Our client is a well-established and fast-growing food manufacturing company based in Johor. They specialize in producing a wide range of snack products and packaging solutions for both local and international markets. The company operates in a certified facility compliant with FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal standards, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Assist in production and material planning to meet operational requirements.
• Perform material planning tasks, including managing raw material inventory and scheduling purchased items to align with production needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and prepare inventory turnover and aging reports.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to project order needs, aiming to reduce lead time and optimize inventory cost.
• Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and expedite material deliveries when necessary.
• Support the development and maintenance of SOPs, documentation, and product specifications to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Liaise with relevant departments to support and enhance business operations.
• Carry out other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

• Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written) is required for business communication.
• Minimum qualification: Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelors Degree in a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in material or production planning, preferably within the manufacturing or food industry.
• Familiarity with FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP, and Halal Standards is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other planning tools.
