Company Background
We are representing our client a prominent property development, construction and engineering company. Our client is currently seeking dynamic candidates for the position of Junior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor (Based at Setia Alam, Selangor).
Pre & Post Contract
- Preparation of contract documentation for main contracts, sub-contracts and work orders; shortlist and recommend sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Involved in actual measurements, build up project budget, and build up rates for pricing of tenders using Cubicost software.
- Manage and supervise project contracts, including preparing monthly costing and budgetary reports, claims, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Preparation of interim valuations, variation orders and Final Account upon completion.
- Attending site meetings and joint site valuations.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or related field; equivalent graduate with 1-2 years experience.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a team.
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9.00am to 6.00pm)
- Alternate Saturdays (9.00am to 1.00pm)
- EPF & SOSCO
- Annual leave and medical leave
