Overview

Join Our Team as a Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the creation of project & corporate marketing materials such as publication design, social media, printed design & project presentation slides, website design or update, and any relevant tools as management required.
• Work closely with the team to develop and execute creative ideas for web and graphic design projects.
• Manage several projects of multiple deadlines and occasionally assist in related task as and when assigned.
• Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Ensure all designs meet the company’s branding guidelines and project requirements.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to understand project goals and target audiences.
• Collaborate with vendors, printers, and external agencies when necessary.
• Work on creative projects as assigned by your superior, including those from the broader group of companies.
• Work closely with directors or marketing manager.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or in a similar role for at least 2 years of experience.
• Experience with UI/UX design or digital marketing is add advantages.
• Strong skills in photo and video shooting & editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills in graphic design & video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), After Effects or similar design software.
• IT literate with a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and CMS systems (WordPress, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• A strong eye for detail and aesthetics, with a design-driven mindset.
• Previous work experience in property related industry.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external agencies.
• Clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors.
• Adapt to diverse project requirements within the group of companies.
