Job summary
A popular food chain is looking for an Account Executive based in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and assisting with budget preparation. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those who can speak Mandarin. The ideal candidate should be organized, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with team members. This position is located at Damansara Heights, accessible via MRT.

Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivable and payable accurately.
- Ensure timely closing of accounts with accurate reporting.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and financial planning.
Skills
Education
Handle AR / AP and ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports.
Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows and tax planning.
Assists in preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, property regulations and internal policies.
Perform other ad‑hoc assignment with positive attitude towards assigned tasks by superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
- Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
- Mandarin Speaker will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Willing to be based at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by MRT Semantan).
