Handle AR / AP and ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.

Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports.

Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows and tax planning.

Assists in preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow projections.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, property regulations and internal policies.

Perform other ad‑hoc assignment with positive attitude towards assigned tasks by superior.

Job Related Experience & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
• Mandarin Speaker will be an added advantage.
