Conveyancing Lawyer (in view of Partnership)/ Conveyancing Clerk

Conveyancing Lawyer (in view of Partnership)

• Handle all aspects of sub-sale and developer property transactions including SPA, MOT, and perfection of transfer and charge.
• Draft and review loan documentation for various banks and financial institutions.
• Draft a variety of commercial agreements to support clients’ business needs.
• Handle tenancy agreements, trust documentation, and related legal matters.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers, and government authorities.
• Manage conveyancing files independently with minimal supervision.
• Attend to signing of documents and witnessing client signatures.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and conveyancing clerks.
• Assist in client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Conveyancing Clerk

• Attend to all types of conveyancing matters including sale and purchase transactions (sub‑sale and project), loan and financing cases, completion of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, tenancy and other documentation.
• Experienced in handling bank legal documentation, online filing, submission and registration (submission of documents for adjudication and stamping, filing of PA at the High Court and others, online presentation and searches at the land office/land registry).
• Monitor and follow‑up closely on work progress and update work progress/status to the relevant parties.
• Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude.
• Reliable and dedicated in undertaking tasks assigned.
• Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

Conveyancing Lawyer

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and officially admitted to the Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in conveyancing including sub‑sale.
• Good command of the English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and teamwork.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Conveyancing Clerk

• Good command of the English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Work independently with minimum supervision.
• Familiar with conveyancing procedures.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, responsible, good working attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
