Marketing & Sales Executive (Customer Service in Sales Gallery)

Responsibilities

• Mainly involved in the sales gallery's daily operation matters and also provides customer service
• Must be able to do the job scope of Sales Co-ordinator also
• Daily to check sales gallery operation matter such as ensuring sales gallery opening on time and ready for viewing, ensuring sales gallery is in top condition at all times
• To report and arrange contractor to conduct repair/maintenance if there are any defects/problems arise in the sales gallery
• To provide assistance to all agents, including helping them in concluding sales
• To attend all customers, to conclude sales for walk-in customers, to attend all enquiry and also provide Post-sales service
• Co-ordinate with agent/banker/lawyer/customer, for bank letter offer & also signing appointment matters
• To attend the key handover to the purchaser
• Capable of communicating in English / Malay / Mandarin / Cantonese
• Any other job task as assigned by the superior

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Preferably English / Malay / Mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in the property development industry, particularly in high-rise projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and manage teams.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel to various sales galleries and company offices.
