Job summary

Job description

Ensure good operational effectiveness existing process.

Responsible for daily building operation including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical system, fire and safety, Building Management System.

Including managing new and existing machine installation, repairing and troubleshooting.

To prepare diagnosis fault report and propose countermeasure to Top Management.

To take care of property acquisition and/or disposal and repairs of equipment.

To ensure that all plant facilities and equipment are comply with health, safety and environment legislation and other related government regulations by referring to SHE Department for confirmation.

Responsible in creating and executing plant maintenance and equipment SOP.

To maintain and repair overall fire prevention system.

Assist the Maintenance Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient operation of Production equipment and machines by carrying out schedule preventive maintenance.

To monitor spare equipment stock level to ensure sufficient stocks are available for department's use.

Responsible for improving machine efficiency in order to achieve Company's production target.

Competently train subordinates to increase work performance and productivity of the department.

Plan the deployment of labour within the department with regard to availability of equipment,

Maintain good housekeeping of the department.

Perform any other duty as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement
  • Certificate of SPM / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer literate, a good communicator with all levels
  • Good attitude, self-initiative, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
