A prominent real estate firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to manage daily sales operations and enhance customer relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating documentation and delivering excellent service to customers throughout their purchasing journey. The ideal candidate possesses a diploma or degree in related fields, has 1-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This role is critical in achieving sales targets and supporting marketing initiatives.
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting daily sales operations, coordinating sales documentation and loan processing, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the entire sales journey. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and project performance.
Manage daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of all sales activities.
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of purchaser and sales data in the system.
Coordinate with solicitors, end-financiers, and internal teams to follow up on loan applications and sales documentation processing.
Attend to purchaser enquiries and provide timely, professional customer service from booking until house completion.
Attend to walk-in customers by providing clear and accurate explanations of products, pricing, and project developments to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions and to close sales.
Build, project, and maintain strong relationships with key and potential customers to expand the customer base, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen company branding.
Focus on achieving individual and team sales targets set by the Company.
Support marketing initiatives, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Prepare sales reports, updates, and relevant documentation for management review.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related disciplines.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or property development industry (fresh graduates may be considered).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to explain products and project details clearly and confidently.
Good coordination and follow-up skills with solicitors, bankers, and internal stakeholders.
Results-driven with the ability to work towards sales targets.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during sales events when required.
Possession of own transport is an added advantage.
