• Perform system administration for AIA Global HRIT Platform.
• Support HRIT Technical Lead & Manager on work assignments.
• Manage all aspects of integration and business mapping between Global HRIT Platform and related systems.
• Ensure solutions adhere to global standards and align with the global solutions architecture team.

• Provide Level 2 support to resolve system-related issues.
• Ensure resolution times meet SLA targets.
• Manage incident and change requests, delivering according to resolution time targets.
• Perform system configuration and customization.
• Monitor system notifications and take appropriate actions.
• Support end users in system usage and improve HRIT Platform proficiency.
• Assist in executing proof of concepts for new change requests.
• Provide training to end users across ASPAC locations as needed.
• Participate in regional HRIT-focused project activities.
• Ensure successful system and process integration, efficient support, and effective communication.
• Deliver system and business process training.
• Coordinate with colleagues and partners outside HRIT CoE to ensure functional delivery.

• Work with HRIT CoE members to meet user requirements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for issue escalation and resolution.

Education:

• University or college degree in computer science or a relevant discipline.

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant regional solution/system support experience.
• Exposure to Workday as support or end user.
