Job description

The new role:

  • Led the overall planning, development, and management of departmental operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, improve efficiency, and drive performance across all functional areas.
  • Designed and implemented a structured approach to lead generation and conversion strategies within the local market, focusing on identifying high-potential prospects, nurturing client relationships, and improving conversion rates through targeted outreach.
  • Developed compelling presentation materials and conducted professional presentations tailored to client needs. Created customized solutions, concept papers, and executive summaries to address specific client challenges and opportunities.
  • Oversaw the preparation of commercial and technical proposals, ensuring bid integrity by coordinating closely with internal design, engineering, and finance teams. Managed proposal timelines, compliance requirements, and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Led strategic planning initiatives for marketing products and solutions, including market research, positioning, branding, and campaign development to enhance visibility, support business growth, and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Need to lead 3 subordinate (2 seniors & 1 executive)

Requirements:

·Bachelor’s degree in any engineering field of studies.

·At least 5 years of working experiences in sales environment, preferably in property/ construction industry.

·Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

·Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events domestically.

·Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·Strong leadership, proactive, and team management skills.
