• Formulate power consumption management measures
• Organize the optimization of air conditioning and other environmental control equipment
• Formulate inspection plan, organize inspection, and eliminate leakage phenomenon
• Promote the implementation of energy conservation and consumption reduction projects in various departments
• Organize discussions on energy saving space

• Adjust the environmental control equipment according to the process requirements to ensure that the workshop environment is within the process range
• Responsible for arranging personnel to inspect basic equipment and implement equipment inspection
• Implement equipment maintenance according to the maintenance plan
• Follow up the workshop environment, assist the workshop to adjust the environment, and deal with equipment anomalies

• Prepare fixed assets technical agreement and submit procurement process according to requirements
• Solidify the preliminary acceptance, arrival acceptance, use acceptance and promote the progress of acceptance
• Solid capital maintenance and internal connection with suppliers for maintenance
• Inventory, regular self‑inventory and cooperation with financial inventory, rectification of problems, and maintenance of E AM system

• Connect with suppliers and factory affairs to check the site, confirm the scheme, communicate with relevant departments according to the project content and confirm the construction details
• Processing of factory entry contract, approval form and work order, construction progress control and quality supervision, and proposing rectification for problems in construction

• Bachelor's Degree or above in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Power Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Environment and Equipment Engineering or other related majors.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, especially in industrial facilities or large buildings is preferred.
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of power station and large HVAC equipment, with experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair.

• Knowledge of HVAC and equipment, such as air compression system, dehumidification system, refrigeration system and dust removal system's operation and maintenance methods, and related codes and standards.
• Skilled in the use of HVAC automation control systems and monitoring tools, able to independently carry out equipment monitoring and debugging.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze complex equipment problems and quickly develop solutions.

• Possess project management and equipment maintenance coordination skills, able to independently develop and implement equipment maintenance plans and manage maintenance teams.
