A leading health care company based in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia, seeks a candidate to establish and maintain ISO compliant processes in procurement controls and supplier quality management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree, extensive experience, and strong knowledge of relevant ISO standards. Responsibilities include supplier qualification, audits, and performance assessments. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an individual with problem-solving skills and digitalization experience in procurement.
To establish and maintain ISO 13485, US FDA, MDSAP etc. compliant processes of procurement controls and supplier quality management.
To ensure a risk-based supplier qualification and monitoring process.
To establish and maintain a system of Quality Agreements with the suppliers.
To ensure an adequate supplier audit performance.
Involve in establishment of product specifications as well as test procedures to ensure a cost / benefit optimized quality control at supplier as well as BMI side.
To ensure supplier assessments including the performance of follow-up and mitigation measures where necessary.
