Strategic sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate favorable terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Supplier relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high-quality products and services.
Order management: Issue purchase orders, track material orders, and coordinate with transporters to ensure timely deliveries.
Cost optimization: Identify cost reduction opportunities, conduct market validations, and negotiate price adjustments to maximize savings and improve margins.
Quality assurance: Ensure purchased goods meet engineering specifications and monitor supplier quality and delivery performance.
Documentation and reporting: Prepare and file relevant documentation, including reports, analyses, contracts, and budgets.
Process improvement: Participate in ISO initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the procurement function.
■Working hours: 0830 ~ 1730 (lunch time 12:00-13:00)
