Candidates should possess an advanced degree and at least 8 years of experience in demand planning, showcasing strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Qualifications
- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or PhD) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in demand planning roles with demonstrated team leadership capabilities.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the demand planning team, providing strategic direction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for demand planning.
- Drive improvements in demand planning processes using advanced tools.
- Ensure the accuracy of demand plans with quality assurance.
- Act as the interface between demand planning and global hub leadership.
