A leading food manufacturer is looking for a Process Technologist based in Enstek, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 7-8 years of experience in process development within the food industry. Key responsibilities include leading the commercialization of process innovations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role may require travel and offers an inclusive work environment.
The Process Technologist acts as a link between our innovation workstream and manufacturing teams, responsible for commercializing new raw material and process equipment innovation into our Enstek and Chon Buri plants. Working closely with product developers on ensuring base chip specification, process innovation on new process equipment and plant team on scalability. The Process Technologist also defines material and process specification ranges for optimization performance and quality. This role is based in Enstek, Malaysia and supports the Pringles brand across Asia, Middle East, and Africa (AMEA), acting as a technical resource and strategic partner to cross‑functional teams.
