Job description
Digital Specialists ( Immediate Hiring )
  • Collaborate with the Digital Manager and IT Head to support vendor management and onboarding, including assisting business stakeholders with IT security reviews and solution blueprints in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Manage website and content updates hosted on Adobe Experience Manager (or equivalent platforms) and publish digital marketing content online.
  • Support the Digital Manager and Digital team in executing marketing campaigns on the marketing platform, including operational support and KPI reporting to stakeholders.
  • Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns on approved marketing automation platforms (including VPM for approved emails), and track and report campaign performance metrics.
  • Coordinate and support IT&D project-related tasks with business and IT stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant business-related qualification
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a similar regulated environment
  • Proven experience in building partnerships within digital and startup ecosystems
  • Strong ability to identify, develop, and deliver proof-of-concept (POC) innovative technology solutions
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and launching digital marketing initiatives
  • Strong expertise in mapping external customer journeys and designing impactful customer experiences
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset with solid commercial awareness
  • Excellent teamwork skills, particularly in culturally diverse and fast-paced environments, with the ability to provide clear direction and drive results
  • Proven track record in delivering digital solutions with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to develop compelling business cases to advocate new technologies and business value
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills
