A global materials science company is seeking a customer service representative in Kajang, Malaysia. In this role, you will handle order processing, support customers with inquiries, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree and over 2 years of customer service experience. You will also promote the use of MyAD Portal and EDI and capture customer feedback, contributing to process improvements to elevate customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for order processing, order follow up, product inquiries, on-time deliveries to help elevate customer satisfaction.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are being executed promptly and customer-required delivery date/times are being met at all times.
Actively promote and support customers to use MyAD Portal and EDI.
Bi-weekly indent summary update to customers.
Be able to provide product and quality information and excellent response to customers.
To ensure sample requests from customers are fulfilled.
Capture Voice of Customers (VOC) to the Sales Force system and work with the internal team to close the gaps.
Handle enquiries on compliance requests.
Coordinate clearing aging samples, slow-move inventory, and write-off requests.
Attend meetings for process improvements.
Other admin / non-direct sales tasks as required.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields
2+ years experience in customer service.
Experience in attending to Customer’s query and requests via email and phone.
Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.
Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines
Good team player and service-minded
