Job summary
A recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for a candidate to acquire new offline merchants and partners for a BNPL program. You will build and maintain strong merchant relationships while driving sales from prospecting to closing deals. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Business/Marketing, be self-motivated, and comfortable with travel. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of Bahasa or Mandarin is a plus. This position offers a base salary of RM2,500 with incentives up to RM3,000.

Responsibilities
- Acquire new offline merchants & partners for BNPL Program.
- Build & maintain strong merchant relationships.
- Drive BNPL sales from prospecting to closing deals.
- Advise merchants on BNPL products & best practices.
- Ensure smooth onboarding & implementation.
- Provide ongoing support & resolve issues.
Skills
Education

- Self-motivated & target-driven
- Own transport & willing to travel (Klang Valley / Negeri Sembilan)
- Proficient in English (Bahasa/Mandarin is a plus!)
- Comfortable with 6-month contract terms
- Base: RM2,500
- KPI Incentive: Up to RM3,000
- Annual Leave: 1 day per month (prorated)
