IT Executive (Automation) - KL Eco City LRT reachable!

We are seeking an experienced IT executive with experience in RPA / Power Automate for task automation for a reputable listed Japanese manufacturing & distributing company for industrial component products.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA/Macro/Coding for data/task automation
• Manage and maintain Active Directory account & Microsoft Office 365
• Perform software and hardware installation and configuration, PC/Server maintenance
• Provide first‑hand technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues encountered by users locally and in overseas subsidiary
• Liaise with vendors on all hardware & software procurement
• Liaise with local IT vendor, telecommunication operators such as TM and TIME
• Work closely with Japan Headquarters and AEC on issues with in‑house system and IT projects
• Act as an information security representative dealing with information security incidents, handling of information devices, technical control of confidential information
• Provide first‑hand IT technical support and on‑site assistance in the event of a power outage or electricity failure

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 3 years in servers / network environment
• RPA Automation (Project related 70%) – Power Automate
• IT Infrastructure & Maintenance (Level 1 & 2 IT Support 30%)
• Resourceful & has good communication skills
