Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Food and Beverage or Service Line is required.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin is preferred.
  • Must be able to work a 6-day shift including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure food and beverage is served to guests at an excellent level.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure staff adherence to restaurant service guidelines.
  • Address customer requests courteously and accurately.
  • Train staff on communication skills and customer interactions.

  • Ensure tables, serving of food & beverage to guests in excellent level
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets achieve.
  • Ensure daily opening & closing smoothly.
  • Ensure all the staffs follow strictly the restaurant’s service guidelines and standards in the performance and delivery of all services required.
  • Attend to customers’ requests and demands in a courteous, timely and accurate manner.
  • Giving training to staff for demonstrate clear communication skills during interactions with all customers and parties.
