Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Billing Clerk to join our team at Monti Automotive Parts Sdn Bhd. In this full‑time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices and other billing‑related tasks to support the overall financial operations of the company.

What you’ll be doing
  • Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and related billing documents.
  • Process and update sales orders accurately into the system.
  • Arrange and coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of billing, documentation, and filing.
  • Monitor and track inventory movement to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle data entry and administrative tasks assigned by the management.
  • Assist in coordinating import/export documentation when required.
  • Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding billing or delivery matters.
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
