A recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Finance Executive to assist in various accounting tasks. This position welcomes fresh graduates with no experience. Responsibilities include handling full accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records. The candidate will support the Finance Manager and liaise with internal departments and clients on finance matters. Qualifications

- Ability to assist in handling accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.
Responsabilités
- Assist in handling full set of accounts including AP, AR, and GL functions.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
- Monitor and track project-related costing, claims, and invoicing.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the SQL Accounting System.
- Assist in monthly closing, audit schedules, and taxation matters.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and clients on finance-related matters.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support Finance Manager on any ad hoc finance-related tasks and reporting.
