Job description
Responsibilities
  • According to the company's equipment maintenance standards and plans, cooperate with engineers to perform daily cleaning, lubrication, tightening and other maintenance work on the equipment, and promptly identify and report potential equipment problems.
  • When facilities fail, assist engineers in troubleshooting and repairing the equipment, or perform simple troubleshooting under the guidance of engineers.
  • Set up, monitor and review the equipment in operation, pay attention to the equipment operating parameters in real time, and provide operation guidance to the production line operators.
  • Carry out timely preliminary processing of production line abnormalities, assist engineers in collecting relevant information and cooperate with verification, eliminate production line abnormalities, and supervise production quality during production operations.
  • Cooperate with engineers to carry out new product introduction verification, provide data assistance to process development and engineering personnel, and assist process and test engineers to evaluate, calibrate and debug new products and new machines.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors/management.
Qualifications
  1. At least Certificate or above, major in mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, industrial engineering and other science and engineering majors
  2. 1-3 years of equipment maintenance and process technology related experience; excellent graduates can have no experience, but must pass the company training assessment
  3. Experience in equipment maintenance, able to independently troubleshoot circuit and mechanical failures, electrician certificate, fitter certificate, etc. are preferred
  4. Familiar with quality tools, or MES, ERP system operation, understand industry standards (such as ISO) and process verification processes (such as PPAP, FMEA)
  5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, be able to withstand work pressure, and ensure efficient completion of work.
  6. Have good communication and coordination skills, and be able to communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments.
  7. Have strong learning ability and innovative spirit, and be able to continuously learn new knowledge and new technologies to improve their professional level.
