Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Teamwork
- Always be friendly, helpful, and respectful to customers and team members.
- Greet every customer with a smile and assist them politely.
- Understand and meet customer needs — go the extra mile when possible.
- If a customer complains or has an issue, inform your supervisor quickly.
- Cashiering & POS System
- Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to:
- Enter customer orders correctly.
- Handle payments and returns.
- Inform kitchen staff about food orders.
- Keep the cashier and front counter area clean and well-stocked before, during, and after shift.
- Food Service & Support
- Help set up food counters, plating stations, and trays before each service.
- Serve food safely and hygienically.
- Restock service counters and food areas as needed.
- Work with the cook to prepare food when needed.
- Cleaning & Hygiene
- Always follow personal hygiene standards (e.g. wash hands, wear clean uniform, use gloves).
- Clean tables, trays, utensils, floors, and kitchen areas regularly.
- Dispose of food waste properly and empty bins when full.
- Wash dishes and kitchen tools either manually or using a dishwasher.
- Clean big equipment like ovens, ventilation filters, and garbage rooms when scheduled.
- Safety & Equipment Care
- Always wear the correct PPE (gloves, aprons, shoes, etc.).
- Make sure tools and machines are used safely and kept in good condition.
- Report any accidents, breakage, fire, or damage immediately.
- Follow all food safety and health & safety rules (like HACCP, 5S, QHSE, etc.).
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Other Duties
- Help move and store kitchen supplies and raw materials.
- Join training sessions to improve your skills.
- Follow your supervisor’s instructions and assist where needed.
- Always maintain a good attitude and professional behavior with coworkers and clients.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
