Qualifications

  • Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred but not necessary.
  • Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.
  • Social media knowledge an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and patient inquiries.
  • Maintaining records and file keeping.
  • Cashier duties including payment collection and basic account-keeping.
  • Patient care responsibilities such as registration, scheduling appointments, and dispensing medications.
  • Assisting doctors in clinical tasks.
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering medicine.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls and patient inquiries
  • Maintaining records and file keeping
  • Cashier duties (payment collection, claims, basic account-keeping)
  • Patient care – Registration/ Scheduling appointments/ Dispensing medications
  • Clinical duties – Chaperoning doctors/ assisting in clinical tasks
  • Inventory record – monitoring stock levels, ordering medicine
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred (but not necessary)
  • Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Willing to work shift (only 2 shifts, no night shift)
  • Social media knowledge an advantage
