📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Onboarding Technical Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-line support to customers, resolve technical issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll serve as the bridge between users and our technical teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions and provide clear technical instructions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
🎯 Requirements
  • SPM leavers or fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Able to work shift rotation basis (24 hours)
🧠 Preferred Skills
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Require Mandarin (Speak Only) and English verbal skills
