Job summary
A leading e-commerce company in Shah Alam is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should have experience with platforms such as Shopee and TikTok, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of handling customer issues efficiently. Responsibilities include responding to customer messages, maintaining a high response rate, and assisting with retail operations.
