The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker with expertise in branding, marketing, and crafting exceptional designs for print and digital media. With a focus on gold product design and festival season creativity, this role offers the chance to work on exciting projects that define our brand’s future.
Design all marketing materials including posters, banners, social media content, in-store POPs, advertisements, digital promotions, presentation decks and corporate documents.
Develop visual assets for product launches, seasonal campaigns, founder-based promotions, and national-level marketing initiatives.
Ensure all creative outputs are produced accurately, creatively and within required deadlines.
Ensure all artworks strictly follow GB GOLD’s brand guidelines.
Adapt creative assets for all platforms including:
Maintain strong consistency of brand identity across all communication touchpoints and materials.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Corporate Affairs and Events teams.
Provide visual support for workshops, training sessions, dealer programs, educational modules and corporate presentations.
Coordinate, design and oversee the production of all marketing collaterals for GB GOLD campaigns, including:
Continuously update designs based on current seasons, viral trends, economic sentiments, cultural moments and real-time marketing behavior.
Create collector cards, certificate cards, product insert cards, limited-edition cards, packaging labels and serial-number designs for all gold products.
Ensure GB GOLD stays one step ahead of external competitors by delivering innovative, premium and trend-leading creative directions.
Manage adaptation and rollout of visual materials across stores, events and distribution points nationwide.
Ensure affiliates receive consistent, high-quality marketing materials that strengthen brand presence and increase sales conversion.
Liaise with printers, production houses, fabricators and installers.
Manage sourcing, negotiation, printing checks and installation quality control.
Perform cost comparisons and ensure efficiency without compromising premium output.
Ensure all stores display updated POPs, marketing visuals and promotional materials correctly.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure store visuals maximize brand visibility and consistency.
Track stock, usage and distribution of printed materials.
Source premium items, merchandise and campaign-related items for marketing programs.
Maintain a systematic archive of all design and production files.
Coordinate packing, sorting and delivery of marketing materials to all branches, events, partners and affiliates.
Ensure nationwide distribution is smooth, timely and efficient.
Prepare and manage purchase orders, vendor documentation, invoices and filing.
Maintain organized documentation for all artwork, production and campaign records.
Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Design / Graphic Arts / Multimedia or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in graphic design within retail, fashion, luxury, gold, or branding industries.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and other design tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, packaging and print production.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Creative thinker with strong understanding of luxury design aesthetics.
Leadership qualities to guide junior designers and ensure brand consistency.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
