Responsibilities:

Craft and serve expertly prepared espresso-based beverages, specialty coffees, teas, and custom drinks using high-quality equipment, while mastering latte art and tailoring each order to delight our customers.

Greet and serve guests with warmth and professionalism.

Accurately process transactions via the POS system, handle cash and card payments with precision, and enthusiastically promote and upsell menu items, specials, and merchandise.

Keep the café spotless by maintaining clean workstations, equipment, tables, and floors, following daily and deep cleaning schedules, and upholding health, safety, and food safety standards.

Keep track of inventory, restock supplies, notify the manager of low stock, and help with deliveries.
