Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, merchandise financial planning, or commercial finance.
• Strong command of retail metrics: sales, margin, markdown, GMROI, stock turn.
• Experience managing OTB, forecasting cycles, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal and annual merchandise financial plans covering sales, gross margin, markdowns, and inventory.
• Lead monthly and quarterly reforecasting of sales, margin, and inventory.
• Analyze performance across categories, collections, and channels.
