This role supports the execution of AI-assisted go-to-market outreach strategies for B2B clients across Asia. Suitable for fresh graduates and career switchers, no prior experience in sales is necessary, as extensive training will be provided. Remuneration: Monthly base pay MYR 2,200. Performance-based commissions up to ~RM 3,300/month. There could also be Employee Stock Options for outstanding employees.

Job Description: We're hiring an Associate GTM Executive as part of AI Sales Career Launchpad Programme to support and execute modern, AI-assisted go-to-market (GTM) outreach strategies for B2B clients across Asia.

This role is designed for professionals transitioning from other fields who may not have formal sales or GTM experience, but who are confident communicators, highly driven, and eager to build a long-term career in AI and tech sales.

You will be trained on the job and measured by clear, transparent performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Outreach & Prospect Engagement
  • Research and identify relevant companies and decision-makers using AI-assisted tools
  • Execute personalised, value-driven outreach via email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
  • Conduct professional follow-ups to progress conversations and secure qualified meetings
GTM Execution & Performance Tracking
  • Lead and take action on go-to-market campaigns for real B2B clients via phone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Learn how GTM strategies are executed in real environments through hands-on work
  • Track outreach performance, response rates, and meeting conversions
CRM & Data Hygiene
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions
  • Update CRM systems consistently to ensure data quality and visibility
  • Review results regularly and refine outreach approaches based on feedback
