Job summary
A growing marketing agency in Selangor is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage relationships with TikTok Shop creators. You will execute campaigns to drive conversion and ROI, guiding creators through effective content direction. Ideal candidates should have a diploma or degree and be active social media users, with a strong interest in performance marketing. Fresh graduates eager to learn are also encouraged to apply. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on results.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates welcome.
- Comfortable communicating with creators via various platforms.
- Genuinely interested in content-led commerce and performance marketing.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
- Plan, execute, and optimise TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.
- Guide creators with content direction, briefs, and feedback.

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. What you studied matters less than how you think and execute.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome if you’re motivated and ready to learn. (TikTok Shop experience is a plus.)
- An active social media user, especially TikTok. You scroll, you observe trends, and you understand what kind of content actually works.
- Comfortable talking to creators and affiliates via WhatsApp, DMs, or quick calls.
- Curious about numbers and performance.
- You don’t need to be a data expert, but you care about results.
- Genuinely interested in content-led commerce, creators, and performance marketing.
- Organised, proactive, and able to move fast in a campaign-driven environment.
