Position based in Henan, China.

Our client, headquartered in Henan, China, specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of automotive fuel pump assemblies.

To support their global expansion, they are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Malaysian professional to lead automotive parts production projects and serve as the primary liaison with European automotive clients.

• Managing designated projects, ensuring successful execution within set timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, addressing scope changes through negotiation.
• Support cross‑functional project teams, contributing to regular meetings for alignment and progress tracking.
• Apply problem‑solving strategies to address programmatic issues and anticipate risks.
• Collaborate with functional representatives to identify and mitigate project risks, communicating transparently and escalating when necessary.
• Establish effective communication channels for disseminating accurate information to the leadership team.
• Expected to travel frequently to the US and Australia to liaise with different support specialists.

• Diploma/Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, or any relevant field.
• Able to be based in China.
• Understanding of overall automotive parts manufacturing.
• Able to work independently and is a good team player.
• Leadership skills will be an advantage.
• Experienced with customer engagement and management.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Mature, pro‑active, independent, analytical, meticulous, and able to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional departments. Strong communication and presentation abilities to convey technology information clearly and concisely.
• Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
