Job description

The company’s core businesses include providing high-purity urea-based solutions for reducing diesel engine emissions in automotive and marine industries.

Responsibilities
  • Manage production operations with at least 2 years of manufacturing management experience.
  • Understand production processes and perform basic equipment maintenance; diagnose and handle common equipment faults to ensure smooth operation.
  • Develop detailed production plans based on sales orders; prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee production scheduling, inventory control, and quality management.
  • Monitor production progress and coordinate solutions for issues such as material shortages, equipment maintenance, quality improvement, and workforce management.
  • Control production costs by minimizing raw material waste, optimizing labor costs, and managing equipment maintenance expenses.
  • Train and guide production line staff to improve skills and efficiency; foster a positive work environment.
  • Establish safety protocols to ensure a safe production environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing production management.
  • Familiar with production workflows, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Training will be provided by the company.
  • Mandarin speaking is essential as management is from China, and effective communication with them is required.
  • Willing to work in Klang Utama, Selangor.
  • Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.00am to 6.00pm.
