- Fintech Integration: Possess expertise in third-party payment systems and automate payment processes for efficiency and security.
- Risk Control: Establish early-warning systems for liquidity, credit, and operational risks, conducting stress testing and developing contingency plans.
- Data Analysis & Support: Prepare fund analysis reports, provide cash flow forecasts, and use data modeling for optimized fund utilization and decision support.
A successful Assistant Supervisor should have:
- A degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
