Janoschka Philippines (JPHL) is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Production Manager to oversee plant operations and drive performance in our manufacturing site in the Philippines. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Malaysian national with international leadership experience to take on a key role in our Asia-Pacific operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily production and operational activities to meet business goals

Implement KPIs and monitor plant performance across quality, delivery outputs, and cost efficiency

Lead continuous improvement, including technology upgrades and process optimization

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Manage, develop, and mentor cross-functional teams in a multicultural setting

Support strategic and regional goals for growth and market alignment

Ideal Candidate Profile

Malaysian citizen willing to relocate to Philippines

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or technical field; MBA is an advantage

Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in production, engineering, or operations management

Technical background in metal machining industry, fabrication industry, electroplating industry or machine servicing industry.

Have in-depth knowledge of wastewater treatment, maintenance, and quality systems

Proficient in English; knowledge of Tagalog a plus

Intercultural leadership experience in Asia is essential

Valid driver’s license
