About the role

As the Head of HR, Admin & IT, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources, Administration and IT functions within the organization. This is a full‑time role based in Chemor, Perak. You will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic HR initiatives, ensuring efficient administrative processes, and overseeing the technology infrastructure to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Lead the administration function, ensuring efficient office operations, facilities management, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the IT department, including the procurement, implementation, and maintenance of technology solutions to support the business.
  • Provide strategic guidance and advice to the senior management team on HR, administrative, and IT‑related matters.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment that aligns with the company's culture and values.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What we're looking for
  • Extensive experience (6+ years) in a senior HR, administration, or IT management role, preferably in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining ISO standards.
  • Proficient in the use of HR and IT management software and technologies.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Multilingual with experience in the Manufacturing or Construction Industry preferred.
