Manage and lead the fastener production operations, including Heading, Rolling, Coiling, and OSP processes, to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing activities.

Plan and arrange daily production line operations to meet targets.

Ensure production output achieves 100% of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) plan.

Maintain proper control of production inventory, including managing exposure and minimizing aging stock.

Drive Continuous Improvement (CIP) initiatives to提升 Productivity, Quality, Machine Utilization, and Yield performance.

Oversee machine and equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in good working condition.

Plan, organize, and control factory operations to meet customer requirements in terms of product quality, cost, and on-time delivery.

Ensure full compliance with safety and health regulations across all production areas.

Develop and implement strategic plans to continuously improve productivity, quality, cost efficiency, work system effectiveness, and workplace safety.

Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day production activities to meet customer expectations for quality and on-time delivery.

Collaborate closely with internal departments and overseas divisions (Unisteel China and Unisteel India) to ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and effectively.

Drive team responsiveness and execution speed, ensuring all enquiries from internal and external customers are replied, acted upon, and updated promptly.

Lead and enforce 5S practices and maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams to achieve operational excellence
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
