Job Description

Oversee and manage contract drivers.


Address and resolve drivers’ work-related concerns.


Conduct regular sessions and engagement with contract drivers.


Provide training and onboarding for new drivers.


Educate drivers on company policies, procedures, and new operational requirements.


Monitor and track driver performance.


Work closely with the workshop team on truck servicing, repairs, and maintenance.


Coordinate emergency breakdown assistance, towing, and repair work with the workshop.


Requirements


  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Able to communicate in English / Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience is an added advantage.
