Job summary
A construction engineering firm in Johor Bahru is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to oversee electrical work at construction sites. Responsibilities include managing the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and have 2–5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong project management skills are essential.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of LV, MV, lighting, and power distribution systems.
- Familiar with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and MS/IEC standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage electrical installation and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct inspections for compliance with safety codes and standards.
