We are seeking a highly capable, mature, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive and operational support to the Director. This role requires professionalism, strong leadership, excellent coordination skills, and the confidence to represent the Director when required. The ideal candidate is proactive, discreet, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced business environment.

What You’ll Do:

Provide full spectrum personal and executive support to the Director in both business and personal matters.

Support the Director in operational and management matters, including team coordination, meeting facilitation and daily operations management.

Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking and follow-up of action plans with internal teams and provide updates to the Director.

Manage daily schedules, appointments and calendar updates for the Director.

Attend and represent the Director at external meetings, business functions and external engagements when required.

Manage travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

Manage claims and administrative documentation related to the Director’s expenses, travel and business arrangements.

Oversee all company vehicle matters ensuring proper servicing maintenance inspections and roadworthiness.

Handle sensitive business information with absolute discretion and professionalism.

Handle ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as assigned by the Director.

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management or any related field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with people at all levels.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters.

Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Highly proactive, detail-oriented and resourceful with a strong sense of responsibility and a can-do attitude.

Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia with strong interpretation accuracy and polished written communication.

Willingness and ability to travel locally and overseas when required.

Must have own transport and be available for ad-hoc assignments as required.

Male candidate required due to operational and accommodation requirements.
